The refund and transfer policy in particular is still to be confirmed with LNT Entertainment, and it is the term buyers ask about most. It will be stated plainly here before the site goes live.

What is already true: tickets are issued per ticket, each with its own QR code, and each one is scanned once at the door. Capacity is limited per event and per ticket type, and once a tier sells out it stays sold out.
